    CVSHRM and the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce are please to present our fifth annual Human Resource Conference specifically geared for human resource professionals, small business owners, and managers. The conference will provide a variety of sessions to keep the HR professional or business owner in the know about key issues affecting the workforce.     The conference kicks off with a keynote presentation on Creating a Diverse Workforce by Jodi Thesing-Ritter of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After the keynote session, attendees will attend three breakout sessions before lunch, engage in a networking lunch, and attend three additional breakout sessions. Sessions offered include:
